Advanced Fabrication Technology
Granite Kitchen Services Ltd (GKS) continues to invest heavily in advanced stone fabrication technology to maintain the highest standards of quality, precision, safety, and operational efficiency throughout our manufacturing processes.
Our workshop is equipped with modern CNC bridge saws, CNC stone working centres, automated edge polishing machinery, and the latest Comandulli Omega Pencil Round polishing system — a highly regarded precision edge-finishing machine weighing over 10 tonnes and recognised throughout the industry for its exceptional finishing capabilities.
In addition, the GKS facility incorporates two full-span overhead gantry crane systems throughout the factory, significantly reducing the need for manual handling and improving workplace safety during the movement and processing of heavy materials.

Innovative Surface Options
GKS supplies and fabricates a wide range of modern surface materials, including low-silica and silica-free quartz products, sintered stone, ceramic, marble, and granite surfaces.
By working with advanced low and zero silica materials where appropriate, GKS supports both customer choice and the continued reduction of silica exposure risks within the stone fabrication industry.
Training, Competency & Continuous Improvement
All relevant employees receive ongoing training relating to silica awareness, safe systems of work, machinery operation, dust control measures, COSHH requirements, and the correct use of respiratory protective equipment.
